    How to book an appointment at Bioclinix

    Booking an appointment with Bioclinix is quick and simple. Please follow these steps:

    Enter Your Personal Information
    Begin by filling in your full name and phone number. You may also provide your email for confirmation. Select your gender and enter your age or date of birth. Accurate information helps us process your appointment quickly.
    Choose Your Service
    Next, select the type of service you want. Options include Blood Test, Health Plan, Home Sample Collection, Doctor Referral, or Corporate Testing. Indicate whether you prefer a walk-in appointment or home collection. If you choose home collection, you’ll need to provide your address in the next step.
    Select Date and Time
    Pick the date that works best for you from the calendar and choose your preferred time slot: Morning (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM), Afternoon (12:00 PM – 4:00 PM), or Evening (4:00 PM – 7:00 PM). Time slots are subject to availability, and our team may confirm or suggest alternatives if needed.
    Provide Additional Information
    If your service requires a doctor’s referral, indicate yes or no. Provide your address if you selected home collection and add any additional notes or instructions that may help our team. This step is optional but can help us prepare for your visit or collection.
    Consent and Submission
    Check the box to consent to be contacted regarding your appointment. Once you’re ready, click the “Book Appointment” button to submit your request. You will immediately see a confirmation message, and our team will contact you shortly to finalize the details.
    Confirmation
    After submission, keep your phone nearby and watch for a confirmation message. You may also receive a call or email to verify your booking. Ensure all your details are correct so our team can reach you without delay.
